Service Description: Water Pressure Control Valves (PCV), also called Pressure Reducing Valves (PRV), covering Wellington, Porirua, Hutt City, Upper Hutt City & South Wairarapa.
These valves work by cutting down the amount of water which passes through a pipe. Water which is being forced through the pipes at high pressure before the valve will be slowed down after the valve.
Data projected in NZGD 2000 New Zealand Transverse Mercator.
Data is updated overnight from master data sources.
