6/1/2022 - I decided that we need this referenced map service because this layer may be used alot, i.e. high-hit, because it will go in all the maps that the field staff use and in our main regional Web App. Ryan C said that a Referenced Map Service from a fgdb will perform much better than a map service from an egdb. Thats what happened with the Pressure Control Valves layer, i had to publish a separate referenced map service from fgdb to speed it up. Chrissy S

(Actually, we need a feature service, so i published a referenced feature and map service the same as i do for all the "Regional"layers that go in our open data portal. The "Map Service" doesnt get used. Chrissy S.

5/1/2022 - Shall we just have the Referenced Feature Service , from the councils.egdb and use that for everything - do we really need a "Map Service" ? yes we do- Chrissy S)

Water Network Shut or Closed Valves.
